About
Made from real messages, not AI
Headless Torsos is an adult (17+) party card game about gay dating app culture for 3–10 players, 30–60 minutes per game. Written from real messages, not AI. Made in the UK.
Headless Torsos started as a group chat. Years of screenshots, faceless torso profile pictures, 3am openers and messages nobody could quite believe were real — all sitting in a folder with nowhere to go.
It's made by Lukas, a gay entrepreneur living in London. The game came about during Covid lockdown, purely out of boredom because there was nothing else to do, and then was prototyped (or rather procrastinated) for six years, and launched in summer 2026.
Every INBOX card in the deck comes from real messages — Lukas's own inbox plus those of two boyfriends, one of whom is now an ex, plus the funniest ones they saw online on Reddit and Instagram. Not a single card was written by AI, because AI has never been sent a 4am voice note it didn't ask for.
The game is deliberately built for a table, not an app. Pre-drinks, house parties, hen dos, the flat where everyone ends up — anywhere someone is going to say something they immediately regret.
It's designed, printed and packed in the UK in small runs, and shipped from here too. UK delivery is free and dispatched within two business days.
